Termination

  • Accounts in progress may be returned to you
  • Final accounting and payment will be provided
  • Confidentiality obligations will survive termination
  • You remain responsible for fees on collected amounts

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
  2. Mediation, if negotiation fails
  3. Binding arbitration in Orange County, California
